This store stands out due to its convenient location and indoor lumber yard. It seems less packed than other Lowe's locations with a seemingly slower pace. Employees seem to always be helpful and smiling, with a ton of employees waiting to help customers as soon as they walk in. Staff are extremely friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to providing the best quality and service and great customer experience. The store is helpful for finding what is needed. A convenient feature is the restrooms located at the front, including a family restroom. Many customers report it is one of their favorite stores, providing a best experience.

Most of the employees on the floor are not experienced in helping you find what you need. They are nice but it’s a maze to find what you need especially for small things like plumbing. They don’t have enough staff for organizing flooring, cabinets, countertops.
