“Ok, so I had a complicated case. My van was due for inspection and I was getting nowhere by going to different shops in the area who just played guessing games or threw parts at it to no avail. I was getting very frustrated and ready to give up when a friend mentioned Klopps. The technician Joey not only properly diagnosed my vehicle he also took the time to properly explain what was going on through the process and answered any questions I had. I put a $300 deposit on a great car at a good price, but I live in Rochester and needed to stay with a more local purchase. Finding differentials for a 2024 Nissan frontier was no easy task but somehow he managed to find me exactly what I needed and at a much better price and quality than offered anywhere else, and they arrived in a timely manner!
