“I lost a tire on my trailer Sunday evening driving from NY back to the Harrisburg area and ended up at a gas station one half mile away from this shop. Neil took my call from the shop Monday morning and offered to check out the trailer that I left parked at the gas station. He offered to towing the trailer back to his shop and obtaining a new tire. I was three hours away and had to put trust in this shop. I highly recommend!”

In an hour, they changed my oil and headlight light bulb and then fixed the clogged windshield fluid line. The price was very friendly. Every customer who came through the door seemed to know them for decades. They were very professional speedy mechanics. Thank you for the services, and I highly recommend them.”

“Actually this is a review about a car that I in the end didn't buy from Craig. I put a $300 deposit on a great car at a good price, but I live in Rochester and needed to stay with a more local purchase. I was ready to kiss my $300 goodbye, but was happy to see it returned to my amex card just a few days later. BTW, there are three similar dealerships in a row at his location, and some negative reviews were mistakenly applied to Craig's Google listing.”

“Doug and his entire service team are always very pleasant and helpful. They have always worked with my schedule to accommodate me. And do their best to fix any issues that may arise. With more electronics on today’s vehicles there are more things that can go wrong. Manufacturers need to do better to prevent them from happening. Until that actually happens I know Doug and his team will have my back when an issue does arise. Thank you Doug and your team you are very much appreciated! Keep up the great work and great customer service!”
