“The covid vaccine clinic was well handled. Plenty of staff taking care of paperwork, shots, checking to make sure you're okay afterwards. The way they have it set up makes it very easy for them to give as many shots as they can and they're doing a good job at that.”

“Nichole is one of 3 employees that actually care about the place. She is always the sweetest human being and has great customer service skills. She is not anything like those few bad reviews. Those reviews are from people that 1 didn’t follow rules at all and got upset when POLITELY talked to and like to use the she’s “ racist” card when she is definitely not. She goes well above and beyond for the business, customers and her employees even when they have all been treating her like crap. Without her the place would fall apart. She can be having the worst day going on in her personal life but can always manage to keep a smile on her face and treats everyone with kindness and respect.”

“Some of the best coaches/ people I’ve ever met.
Coming from a physical therapist, all the coaches truly focus on form throughout every movement. It’s not all about how much you can lift but it’s about what weight you can lift WELL at, and that goes a long way into showing that they care about you as a person not just numbers.
The people here are also some of the kindest and most welcoming I’ve ever encountered. I’ve never done any sort of lifting prior to joining and now I’ve been coming for a year and absolutely love it.
