“Miranda needs a raise! I took my 83-year-old sister-in-law into your store. Shortly thereafter, it got so busy in there. My SIL's phone was completely dead, and the battery was swollen. Miranda took the time to explain everything. My SIL could not remember any of her passwords, and it seemed impossible to get any information off of this phone. Miranda had some glitches of her own, but was patient, kind, and did not rush us. They worked as a team there. Other associates came to her with questions, all the while being courteous and kind to us. We ended up getting a new phone, and Miranda got the old phone to work at the end, to put my SIL's mind at ease that she could get her contacts. Miranda is an asset to this company, and you should do everything you can to maintain this employee.”
