“Thank you to the gentleman and lady working here last evening. After spending more than an hour bring demeaned and treated terribly at the metro store on Bowman Street, I left and went to this location. After being told I could not replace a phone on an account that I've had for many years, because I didn't have access to the BROKEN phone, I went to this location and was greeted with smiles and laughter. The man who helped me had me in and out of there in 15ish minutes with a new, working phone, with the same number I had for 20 years. Yet I was told I'd need to start an entire new account from the other store. Please let these employees train the others so they can do their job properly! I guess you can't fix the attitudes but you can stay away from them! Thanks again guys!”

“We went in on Saturday September 16, 2023 around 1pm. Just over an hour later we walked out and had cut our cell phone plan from close to $300 to about $175. We switched over 4 cell phones and 1 table all on the unlimited data plan. Pablo and Nikki did a great job. Thanks for cutting our cellphone bills almost in half! Great customer experience! I would recommend to everyone who wants to save some $$$$ every month!”

That was a week ago and I am still on a payment for a tablet I don't have. I. Person is much better than the phone service.”

“Shattered my iphone screen late on a Saturday night and finding a local place on a Sunday to get it fixed was harder than I thought. Luckily CellFix is open 12-5 on Sundays. They fixed my phone in 20 minutes at a reasonable price. Owner is very nice. Saved me from having to get it done on Monday morning. Highly recommend.”
