“I am happy with the service here, and the bank has decent hours. They are always helpful and knowledgeable. My only complaint is that I can't find a way to report my lost debit card after hours. I can't call the number on back of the card for obvious reasons.”

When you have a life changing event and need to make sure a family members accounts are taken care of, it can be extremely stressful. Charlie made this transition so easy for me to understand and gave me all the steps I needed to take. “I recently opened an account at shillington branch with a check from a law firm the next day I went to withdrawl some funds and for some reason corporate put a lock on my account I talked to manager Alen Varughese and he spent an hour and a half on the phone with corporate trying to get the problem resolved he went above and beyond for me and I left with the funds I don't think there are many managers that would take the time to get this resolved thank you alen you're the man”
