Made a call to this bank. What a pure sweetheart. She had my two problems solved in 5 minutes. I wished that this was my bank but I leave 150 miles away.

My dad passed away and this was his bank. I live in the Poconos so it's not close. I needed answers dealing with his safety deposit box and M&T credit card. They were very helpful in answering my questions over the phone.

Buffalo-based bank which makes it a hometown bank for me. They seem to get robbed at least once a year.
