“We've never been disappointed by the service at Kochs Appliance. Our washer and dryer was from them years ago and everytime something was wrong, they'd be out in a jiffy to get things back up and running. Well, when the washer finally kicked the bucket, we knew it was time to just upgrade the pair of them. We called and spoke to them over the phone to let them know what we were looking for, went the same day to put down the deposit, they called that same day and said delivery would be the following day. They called within the timeframe to let us know they were on the way, got everything up and running and took the old ones away for us. They even gave us some pointers on the new equiment. Couldn't ask for better service. It's why shopping local is the way to go!”

While I did give them an excellent review, I didn't think I had done enough to show my appreciation for them so... Delrae and her team are effecting a positive environment to conduct business, and some previous staff have also been very professional in the length of time I have rented from them. I was able to successfully pay off two agreements already, one being six months same as cash and the other being a full term rental that is now paid off. I am proud to be the owner of my items and it is only people that want to cheat and lie or pay NOTHING for their items that is the reason they don't like RAC, when their items get taken away. When life happens and people can't pay, all you gotta do is call them or show up and they will work with you... for a long time... just don't take advantage of it and you'll be able to own your items.”
