I had a fantastic experience with McFarland and Sons Garage. I brought in my 2022 Audi Q3 due to an oil leak. After inspecting the vehicle, they informed me that the repair should be covered under my warranty and recommended having it picked up by the dealer. Thanks to their honesty, I had Ciocca Audi of Allentown pick up the vehicle and complete the repair.

Audi claimed the issue was fixed and even offered an optional oil change—for over $300. I declined and returned to McFarland for the oil change at a much more reasonable cost. During that visit, they noticed the car was still leaking, though less than before, and again suggested I take it back to Audi.

After several back-and-forth visits to Audi—armed with photos and observations from McFarland—Audi eventually acknowledged and repaired the issue McFarland had correctly identified from the beginning: a problem involving the solenoids and timing chain. McFarland confirmed the fix once I brought the car back to them.

Here’s what really stands out: McFarland never charged me for the second and third visits. They went above and beyond to ensure my car was safe and that the issue was fully resolved—even when the dealer didn’t get it right the first time. Their integrity, expertise, and dedication are unmatched.
