“We lived up the road on old York rd until 2013. I would come visit while doing remodeling. So convenient and great employees. I am sure that hasn’t changed. I remember the owner being interviewed by one of the local TV stations one year after Walmart opened next door and one of his questions was “has your business been hurt by Walmart”? You replied and said that was the best thing for your business. I am sure that is still your answer several years later”
“We are very satisfied with their work. He installed a handicap type door knob for our kitchen to out doors home. Keyed that, and the front door( we never had a key to the 1940's built home when we bought it in 2009.), and keyed the same to another door in our home, all on our key we are currently using! On time, courteous, well knowledge, and with cost, very reasonable. Thank you Duty Service!”

“Good store but some items can be pricey compared to other stores. I Couldn’t find ice melt the day before a large snow storm but they had a pet friendly 50lb bag for around $23 and were even getting more stock in as the pallet outside was emptying (truck was delivering).”

“Lots of different tools at lots of different price points. Highly recommend the icon tool line. They’ve lasted in a professional work environment. I’ve purchased a lot of hand tools, the 56in US generally tool box, a Vulcan welder and a lot more. The one and only time I needed to use a warranty it was quick and easy. She took her time, never rushed me, and was very patient while I explained what I needed. It is rare these days to get that level of customer service and I truly appreciated how attentive and kind she was. Excellent experience and I will definitely continue to use Grainger for my supply needs.”

“I came in with a project on my hands to create a platform for a friend’s bed. Ben helped from the beginning to the end told me how to go back to the house and precisely measure where the slats would go and also to give the bed more stability, he recommended legs to support the middle of the bed to attach to the slats . This project turned out Awesome!!!

“Delivered a load of rebar here. I pulled in to find myself third inline. Waited till little after they opened at 7, and one of the workers came around and told us to take paperwork to the main office. As soon as I got back outside, another employee motioned me to pull into the building. The unloading process takes a little time since they use overhead cranes. Still was only there for 1 hour 30 mins. The only problem here was that the unloader used my front fender to crawl off another trailer. Besides that, pleasant experience here.”
