She made me very comfortable about renting storage and also tried to find a good price that suited my needs. In the end, I worked with Charlie Marino. He was also excellent. “I did shopping around and price comparisons and nothing compares to the low prices offered by H A Hartman and Son. Not only are the prices phenomenal, but the customer service is the best through and through. I believe I dealt with Donna although I cannot be 100% certain that was her name. What I can be certain of is that when I found I no longer needed the unit I had paid for she was beyond helpful and gracious and then apologized for not being able to help more than she could. I had no complaints and was satisfied with the level of care, but she said she wished she could have helped more. If I ever need a storage unit again I will be calling H A Hartman and Son first bc nothing beats the personalized and fantastic customer service they provide. Thank You!”

The owner/ manager is very friendly - he worked past the end of day to accommodate us. The storage facility is kept clean and well-lit. The temperature is quite comfortable.
