“Very nice and helpful place for storage needs. I had 2 units and downsized to one. Manager noticed I moved out of the one before I had a chance to talk to him and he took care of it.”
“So far so good with this place. The units are clean and well kept. They have a really efficient check-in process and it's in a great area. I was able to obtain my specific unit(s) way lower than current market value and it being a steal I grabbed a double unit priced as one. Apparently the rent is subject to change every six to nine months and I didn't read the fine print on that, so I was shocked to see my rent go up a significant amount. Apparently this is the industry standard, but after speaking with Heather on the phone, she was able to negotiate with her higher-ups to have the increase be very minimal. She was very fast and responded quickly after she got approval. I was very grateful for that and will continue to be a consistent tenant because of it.
Would definitely recommend this spot for any storage needs!”

I recently moved to Harrisburg from another state, and honestly, the whole move was pretty stressful. It was my first time renting a U-Haul truck with an auto transport trailer, and even though I’ve been driving for many years, driving that kind of truck and trailer was not easy at all. Since I was moving by myself, there were a lot of details to deal with.
The staff at this CubeSmart location were very professional, patient, and understanding. They made the process much easier for me, and I really appreciated that.”

“The office administrator is very sweet, fair, and great at communicating with her clients. The prices are fair and auto pay makes for a very simple payment process. I only took away one star because one of my units had a little moisture problem. This is to be expected since we had such a wet spring in our area. In the future I would just add a box of baking soda to the unit or one of those damp-rid buckets from the hardware store.”
“They really go above and beyond. When I called yesterday, the girl that answered was willing to stay late so I could rent a unit. I politely declined and ended up trying today (Saturday) but they were closed to attend a personal event. The person walked me through leasing remotely and set me up so I could get moving in.
