“We have had this service for 9 months now and we have not had any major issues.Out speeds are 150mbps + constantly.Recently had a small issue were we would loose a connection for a minute or two.Called Windstream and a tech was in the next day to replace out wire at no cost to us.Great service great product and most importantly great price!!Edit 2 years later, we are still running strong.”

“The only time I ever get help with an issue is if I visit this store. Last year Nate was able to resolve my problem in a few minutes. Just this week Love also got things done for me a a few minutes. I have learned that calling customer service is a complete waste of time. The operators simply lie to get rid of me. I also didn’t appreciate that $3 had been deducted from my gift card. In fact, I’ve never heard of one satisfied outcome when calling in.
I hope Nate and Love get recognition foe their superior work ethic.”
