“Fixed all the problems the Williamsport location messed up and also took off extra add ons I did not ask for that the Williamsport location added and says I had to have them and I did not! Definitely recommend this one over Williamsport!!”
“I work from home, so my Internet experience is extremely important to me. I have had T-Mobile Internet since Covid. And last night at 5 PM everything connected to my Internet died. And I was completely stuck and no way to work today. I called T-Mobile customer service early this morning. They were no help. I continued to reboot everything I could, and nothing worked. So after work, I went to this T-Mobile location and spoke to my friend Asia. Who is now my hero. When she found out they were doing work on the closest tower to my house, she said it probably fried my SIM card. She had me run home, pick up my tower and bring it back. And in 30 seconds, she replaced my SIM card and it was fixed. This girl knows her stuff.”

I'm around my friends all the time and they're always having problems with their phone company but I am pleased and I like my phone. I like being able to be in contact.
