“A huge thanks to this place for getting me out of a jam that customer service got me into unfortunately. And especially bigger thanks to TJ/ Tristan! When I originally called earlier in the day and spoke to a John I got down there and Tristan offered to help me right away. I explained that I had no service for 3 days and I could not communicate hardly with anyone. Fortunately Verizon customer service sent me two free SIM cards as part of my trouble that they left me in. Those cards enabled Tristan to be able to help me out without even charging me. Normally a process like installing a SIM card and sending your phone up isn't a difficult process but after I struggled with customer service the first time I just let Tristan set it up for me. The process only took about 5 minutes. This location actually knows what customer service is you don't sit there and wait somebody will help you! Thanks again!😁👊”
