“Family owned business. Later hours on Fridays. Great old wood floors reminiscent of hardware stores of yesteryear. Was able to order American made gas pipe. Will arrive in a day. Will be custom cut to size & threaded.”
“I don’t like getting ambushed by salesman as walk in the door. Countering people’s objections might be a good corporate sales strategy but it’s annoying at. The other employees were helpful in finding what I actually needed.”
“All the staff are super friendly, I go there so often they know me by name but even my first time in there they've treated me quite well. Also, if any higher ups see this, STOP FORCING EMPLOYEES TO PUSH FOR CREDIT CARD SIGN UPS!!!”
