“Thank you for making our stay perfect once again! We enjoyed everything—from our comfortable room with its cozy beds, luxury linens, fresh towels, spotless bathroom, and clean carpet to the coffee and tea station on the second floor and relaxing on the front porch.
Every detail made our visit special, and we truly appreciate the care and hospitality you provide.
The location can’t be beat. Thistledown is walking distance to everything in historic Ligonier, Pa. —Including music on the center called the Diamond, great restaurants, ice cream parlor, and the old Ligonier Fort. Don’t forget all the boutiques- fantastic shopping.

“The Hotel was amazing in itself, especially for the price point. The only bad thing about the hotel is all of the doors and I do mean all of the doors close very sharply and are loud as hell. So if you hear a slamming door its not intentional and no one is fighting. Only other issue was the city didnt alert the hotel to utilities work so we were without power for 3-4hrs a day on our last 2 days”

“I stayed one night at the colonial at the end of a snow storm. The owner was very accommodating. The porch and sidewalk were cleaned from the snow. She offered directions to my destinations. She gave recommendations for dinner. The room I was clean and welcoming. Thank you!”
