“I have been @ this Storage Locker since 2013 however, the new manager or owner Mr Cole has been extremely kind! Actually goes above and beyond! Extremely tentative to myself, considering that he probably deal with a ton of people it’s very personal in a world where most issues are handled with robots!

“I storage has always been very good to us and upfront. Sadly, the prices are getting a little higher than hoped since it’s not climate controlled.
Chris, the lady who runs the place is excellent. Very knowledgeable very kind and does a great job.”
“Helped my mother move in a tight window. Went out of their way to accommodate our buy sell agreement deadline lines. Staff was polite and accommodating from top to bottom.”
“Delt with Sean today at the storage facility in Collegeville PA. He was a pleasure to deal with, not only in his professional manner, but he never rushed anything and explained everything with a very friendly attitude. I would go as far as to say that the company should forward customers that are having issues with ESS Customer Reps at other locations who are non responsive to the customers needs to Sean as a national representative of the company for his attentiveness to the customer which is second to none.

“We Arrived 15 minutes after the store was closed and we were graciously greeted by Scott who saw us outside and opened the door during a storm. He helped us with our needs and even cut decking boards for us. Thank you to this kind person who went out of his way to help see that we were taken care of.

“Had a great experience with my movers from Bekins. To the agent that came out to give a quote, to the packer and then to all the movers. They were friendly, hard working and took the utmost care with all of our belongings. The move from my old house to my new home was seamless. Would totally recommend Bekins Moving and Storage to anyone looking for moving services.”

“I've been dealing with Moove In for a very long time, longer than a lot of marriages last! I highly recommend them. The units are clean and easily accessible and staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Carmen is the best! In my opinion you can't go wrong choosing go here!”
“I’ve been storing my stuff here for a while now — solid spot. Staff is cool, helpful, and the place feels secure. Only complaint? My storage door acts like it’s guarding treasure. Gotta wrestle it like it owes me money just to get it open. Still leaving 5 stars though, because the people make it worth it. Just hoping that door doesn’t end up in the WWE.”
“I recently started my own Junk, Furniture, and Appliance Removal business and needed a place to store items for sorting purposes. Providence Self Storage is convenient, affordable, and clean with a very friendly and welcoming staff.”
“Great experience with this company. Their guys showed up early and ready to start packing up the trucks. They were professional, patient, presentable and polite. These guys work hard, if you hire them, be sure to have bottles of cold water available for them, hoagies for lunch if you are a super nice customer and give them a generous tip.”

“Super friendly and down to earth woman greeted me on Sunday morning. It’s always a pleasure to deal with friendly people who make your day easier. I’ve used Penske truck rental for the past 20 years in 3 different states and have always been satisfied. Thank you!”
“This place is perfect. The units are accessible by vehicle. They're clean. You can access them any time. Ray is very helpful. It's old school (no website, payment by check, etc.), but run very well.”
“Very nice location, clean and friendly staff. Freshly paved. I have had a unit at Miller's for 7 years and never had any issues other then the spring on the door wearing out and service was immediate. Would definitely rent again and recommend to anyone.”

“Employees were polite and helpful.
Unit was clean-small amount of water. Price was good when we started but then increased by 50%. Although the economy went sky high it wasn’t even close to 50%. That would be my only complaint!”
