“I’ve been with TRUIST since they arrived here. I won’t say I’ve never been unhappy with the bank, but it was usually a response to me making an error or violating a ‘rule’.I use main office in Doylestown as my branch; TRUIST closed the one close to me. I visit the branch with a certain transaction once monthly. The tellers are always courteous. I always find them all to be kind, respectful & professional.I had a problem last year & the employees of that branch collated & copied months of statements for me with no hesitation. They helped me solve what could’ve been an expensive issue.”

Shakia lead us through the closing of our home equity line of credit quickly and efficiently. Most of the papers were able to be signed on DocuSign even before w got to the office.
