“The go to hardware store in the area for many many years. Really appreciate the mom and pop atmosphere and the fact you don't have to walk and walk and walk and walk and walk to find what you need. Takes 5 minutes to find someone knowledgeable, get your item and get in line. Lots of deals and unexpected items. Great place!”

Keyed that, and the front door( we never had a key to the 1940's built home when we bought it in 2009.), and keyed the same to another door in our home, all on our key we are currently using! “I love this store. Good stuff cheap. They offer a large variety of hand and power tools and all types of equipment. I've tried many different tools from drill bits to sand blasting equipment to hand trucks. I was satisfied with everything. My favorite so far is the Portland Pole Saw. I have two of them. When l loaned it to my dad to trim a hedge that had gotten too high, he liked it so much that he bought one for himself. I've cut off some sizeable limbs with no problem. It has low kickback which makes it easy to handle and use. Friends have made fun of it when they see it but once they try it, they can't believe how well it works.”

“We are regular users of the dog wash and are generally quite pleased. The elevated basins are great for our old backs and they supply shampoo, conditioner, towels, brushes, nail trimmers... pretty much everything. In recent months we have found the shampoos really watered down and the occasionally run out of towels (to the point we started bringing our own) but this time the products were undiluted and they had plenty of towels. The folks behind the counter are also very nice to our dog, the first thing she does is run behind the counter and sit because she knows she can get a treat or two. Thanks TSC for your friendly staff and for restoring the quality of the dog wash.”
“I came in with a project on my hands to create a platform for a friend’s bed. Ben helped from the beginning to the end told me how to go back to the house and precisely measure where the slats would go and also to give the bed more stability, he recommended legs to support the middle of the bed to attach to the slats . This project turned out Awesome!!!

“Delivered a load of rebar here. I pulled in to find myself third inline. Waited till little after they opened at 7, and one of the workers came around and told us to take paperwork to the main office. As soon as I got back outside, another employee motioned me to pull into the building. The unloading process takes a little time since they use overhead cranes. Still was only there for 1 hour 30 mins. The only problem here was that the unloader used my front fender to crawl off another trailer. Besides that, pleasant experience here.”

“I like the customer service. There is only one guy that I try to avoid because he is usually really grouchy. You will know who it is as soon as you ask this guy for assistance. But everyone else is great. I have found that ACE prices beat the larger stores.”
