I remember the owner being interviewed by one of the local TV stations one year after Walmart opened next door and one of his questions was “has your business been hurt by Walmart”? You replied and said that was the best thing for your business. I am sure that is still your answer several years later”

“Lots of different tools at lots of different price points. Highly recommend the icon tool line. They’ve lasted in a professional work environment. I’ve purchased a lot of hand tools, the 56in US generally tool box, a Vulcan welder and a lot more. The one and only time I needed to use a warranty it was quick and easy. “Neat place with lots to look at for anyone interested in woodworking. Prices are on the high end compared to Amazon but you can actually hold and touch the items before you buy. They do run sales that bring prices into the normal range and most of the items are quality. I recommend searching through the lumber bins sometimes you can find pieces with unique figuring and they're the same price as the normal stock.”

Stayed myself 20 minutes of driving and they had all the parts I need. That support our local shops you’d be surprised at how much they’ve got on the shelf here been stopping at old homes for over 30 years. Dan and his crew are always great to talk to and help solve your problems. They’ve got a world of experience to help you get the parts you need.”

She took her time, never rushed me, and was very patient while I explained what I needed. It is rare these days to get that level of customer service and I truly appreciated how attentive and kind she was. Excellent experience and I will definitely continue to use Grainger for my supply needs.”

“I’m up from Suffolk Virginia and my Hotwater Heater on my fifth wheel needed an anode, mine was bad and leaking. I ordered online and the manager called to let me know the Ace Hardware was closed but he would meet me to pick up my purchase. That is above and beyond for service. I was absolutely thrilled that he could complete my order and I could hook up my water to the camper.”

“Had a problem with a brand new dewalt mower I had bought less than a month ago. Talked with CC in customer service . While disappointed in the lack of help on getting the mower back I was happy with my conversation with her. She was professional and polite. It’s the policy that is bad and not her fault. After arriving back to the store Diane and Mike were amazing. Wonderful help from them . Diane knew her product and Mike was so helpful. Some very good employees. Too bad the policies aren’t as good.”

“I’m not even blaming this store, but I will blame Tractor supply online for only given them four stars. This store this manager 10 out of 10 awesome group of people awesome manager but the online service services during this 2025 Thanksgiving holiday online did me dirty. After trying to place my order five different times. They had me go to three different stores three different times for pick ups sent the one Package to this store a day early so I checked my emails today knowing that they return packages three days after it makes it to the store, but my three days had already passed because they sent it to the store a day early so I lost the Purchase. Now the other seven shirts that I did order for Family for Christmas gifts not for myself are in limbo with FedEx and I fear they might not even come on the specified date. Will I get any notification or will these be returned as well but this store in Harrisburg Jonestown Road awesome group of people thank you for all the great years.”
