“Unfortunately some lady ended up backing into my car in a parking lot. She laid her vehicle on top of my front driver side section (headlight, fender, bumper, hood) I am super particular about my car and this was a disappointment to me. I searched around for the best body shop in the area. Read hundreds of reviews and came upon Tim’s Body Shop. Let me tell you, this place is phenomenal. From the day I called in and found out they have late days/hours of the week to make it easier for those who work a 7am-5pm schedule…. To meeting Mike Burkholder who handled my claim from start to finish…. To getting backorder parts at a reasonable amount of time. Tim’s body shop has the greatest customer satisfaction, professionalism, well-organized business you can ask for. I was well informed of my car and the outcome of it is far from disappointing. The final paint work, the final detail, the final outcome was excellent! I highly recommend this body shop to anyone. You will not be disappointed and I assure you their service will please you.
