“I had to do a comfort exchange and spoke with Joanne. She went over and above to explain the process which we did not get when we bought the initial one. Beware, in order to do comfort exchange, you have to buy THEIR mattress protector in order to do it. It is on the paperwork but was not discussed on initial purchase. I had bought 2 before buying because I knew we definitely were buying a new mattress. In order to do the exchange, we had to buy one. Joanne was very pleasant and knowledgeable and was a great help!!”

“What a Facebook Marketplace find!!! A hidden gem of a furniture spot for Lancaster!!! Originally got lured in to go look at a different dining room set, and left having reserved this one as well as breakfront that complimented in color. The in store customer service was 10 - star, so helpful and accommodating! Delivery was arranged very promptly and was by far one of the nicest, most professional delivery teams I have ever dealt with to date! Over the moon for this experience, will definitely be popping in here and there to see what other treasures they might have! - They have tons!
