“Kyle was great, we had a bad experience with our warranty falling through and he made sure to make Our day much better with his helpfulness and honesty in helping pick a new bed”
“Glen took his time showing us many different mattresses, soft, medium and firm. He made us feel right at home. And gave us options without overwhelming us. I definitely recommend him, he’s very knowledgeable and patient.”
“Small but awesome furniture store. We drove up from near Westminster, MD and were NOT let down. The woman who was working there was amazing and helpful. Not pushy but answered every question. We were looking for something nice but not too expensive. They had sofas in every range of size, price, material and color. We bought our last set there 15 years ago and we'll be back next time we need anything!”
“One of the benefits of being located in Hanover PA is having a place like Sleighters in the area. I purchased bedroom furniture and a mattress from them 9 years ago. The mattress is still in excellent condition so when I needed a new mattress for my guest bedroom, I contacted Jerry via phone. He called me back the same day. I explained I needed a mattress and also was considering an adjustable bed frame for the guest room and the owner suite. Jerry set up a convenient time to meet at the store to try out options. When I arrived at store, Jerry had multiple options all set up for me to see and try out making it a very pleasant shopping experience. Jerry's knowledge of the products he offers at Sleighters was impressive and extremely helpful with making my buying decisions. I placed my order at that meeting. Jerry himself with a helper (Bob) delivered my merchandise. They worked in harmony carefully and expertly unpacking and setting everything up. They also removed the old mattress. I had asked them to install the adjustable frame and new mattress in guest room on my existing SLED BED. They did exactly as I asked but the bed wound up being too high for my toddler granddaughter to use so Jerry offered me a couple options. I selected modification of the sled bed to lower everything even though the adjustable bed from Sleighters is a very nice stand alone bed option. I did so because I have all the matching furniture pieces. The modification was not simple as it involved dis-assembly of the bed frame and careful removal of pieces to enable smooth operation while maintaining the appearance of bed. Once completed, I had the updated bedroom I was seeking. In summary, Jerry and his team display a true commitment to providing customers quality products and the highest level of customer service, the best I have ever experienced. To make it even nicer, they are kind people who really enjoy doing so. This was a no stress absolute successful project because of Sleighters. I highly recommend Sleighters to others.”

Wayfair is testing a new, smaller store design. The online home furnishings giant, famous for its endless digital catalog, is trying a different strategy for its physical locations. The company announced plans to open a smaller prototype store in Columbus, Ohio, scheduled for late 2026. Located next to the Polaris Fashion Mall, the new space will span approximately 70,000 square feet.
Online furniture giant Wayfair is setting up shop in Atlanta with plans for a huge 150,000-square-foot store opening in 2026. The new location will take over the former Walmart space at The District at Howell Mill shopping center. This marks Wayfair's second big store, following its first location that opened in Wilmette, Illinois, in May 2024.
