“Everyone at this location is so kind, professional, and efficient. Especially Jalissa, she is truly the best! She went out of her way to get in contact with me because I forgot to put a stamp on my package. The package contained my passport so it would’ve been a disaster if they just mailed it out and potentially got lost. I cannot thank Jalissa enough for helping make sure my mistake was corrected and my package was handled with the utmost care. She deserves a raise, big time in my opinion!! Thanks again :)”
“I have been using the New Oxford post office since I moved to the area 3 years ago. Every single time I am there I have gotten top notch service. The employees remember who I am and are very friendly. I miss those who have retired and have gotten to know the new people.And my letter carrier has to be one of the most friendly people I’ve met. “This place may get a bad rap, but I was trying to return an item which I mailed back and had the tracking number on the receipt the post office provided. My refund wasn’t processed - the company said I needed the full tracking number…a few digits had worn off and were unreadable. The postal workers helped try different number combinations FOR AN HOUR in an effort to help me. They went above and beyond for sure.”
