“I do not understand why this post office has a 3.8 rating? Very nice, empty and clean. A guy came out and helped me right away. It also has 24 hour access to PO BOXES. You guys up here should experience some NY Post Offices. Then you would know how good you have it.”
“Although Google lists this as a FedEx SHIP store it does not wrap pack or prepare labels. They only receive prepaid packages, scan them in and hold them to be picked up by a FedEx driver. There should be a way to notify Google when there is a mistake to their listings.”
“I have used the Albrightsville Post Ofiice for 22 years. The mail carrier service is excellent. My experience at the windows are always pleasant. Theresa, who is now retired, was always kind, friendly and professional in her approach to customers. I not only received her excellent service, but was able to observe her interactions with others in the line ahead of me while I awaited my turn. That great experience of service continues, with the new team in place, especially Aisha who is kind, patient, knowledgeable and so helpful. “Thank you, Kim & Hilton! You are always kind, knowledgeable, and provide excellent customer service. I would give this post office 5 stars.
However, I truly dislike that there is no Wi-Fi service, which makes it a nightmare when needing to access QR codes or documents online. It’s also concerning in case of an emergency when there’s no cell service. They have a landline, but what happens if the power goes out?
I’d also love to see a self-service kiosk like other post offices have, especially for quick and easy access when there are long lines.”

“Helpful and friendly service! I ordered something from Amazon and it came USPS, which isn’t accepted at my home location. The USPS tracking system gave me this post office address. I was able to pick it up before it got shipped back to the seller.”
“Ray at the Pocono Summit Passport Center provided me with exceptional service during my visit. Although he managed to handle everything efficiently by himself, I think it would be beneficial for the center to have more staff members to assist with passport applications and package handling.”
“The staff is always friendly and polite here. We live in a community where mail boxes aren't allowed, so we're here regularly collecting mail. It's heartbreaking that politically motivated extreme cutbacks at the USPS hasn't allowed for every office to be fully equipped with PPE during a pandemic, so we donated what little extra we had at the beginning of the shut down and one of the employees left a handwritten thank you card in our mailbox. I only wish we could have done more. We appreciate you, American Postal Workers ❤”
“In 659 Main St, Tobyhanna, PA 18466, all the workers are very efficient, professional, and hardworking, I ordered alot of items from Temu, but at checkout it default to 7155 mountain dr, instead of 7155 Robinwood drive, I was in the office to tell them what happened and all my packages was delivered to the correct destination, afterwards they didn't forget or ignore my complaint. My packages were delivered intact and promptly. Thank you so much for saving the stress.”
