“This was the ultimate professionalism I’ve seen by far in a jewelry store! Usually merchants are crass and coarse but not these guys. Made me feel comfy and very inviting. I got good service the moment I stepped in the store. Eye contact, welcoming , firm handshakes, and good prompt business. This was on last Wednesday I needed a watch fixed and they made it happen and made me happy to walk out wearing it with a smile! Good customer service on the phone as well which lead me to actually going into the store in the first place! I was really nervous to get them resized especially because there’s a chance my fingers could still go back to their previous size.
