“I’m honestly not one to write reviews, but I feel like this place should be an exception for me. The service at Carmix is outstanding. I called yesterday inquiring about one of their cars on the lot and spoke to Marty. He happily answered all of the questions I had over the phone and I wanted to come see it. He told me to come on down, and when I got there, I took it for a test drive and absolutely loved it. I had a couple of phone calls to make to my parents, and he was very kind and let me know to take as much time as I needed and to come back in when I was ready. My parents had a few questions, and Marty gladly talked to them on the phone and was very patient with all of the questions they had. The whole process, from time I stepped foot on the premises to the time I drove off with the car was less than 24 hours. I highly recommend Carmix!”
“A few weeks ago, I left work from Crystal Vision Center( thankfully across the street from Auto Zone.)I hit a nail or something that put a hole in my tire, it was completely flat.I'm not from this area and I'm not familiar to anything around. So I was a little nervous.But!! Then I received the best treatment. Im so very grateful to Auto Zone for helping me, they sold me a tire plug and filled my tire FOR ME!! “Dropped an Alfa romeo giulia off for repairs they told me it would take a week....it's been a month already and still waiting. Each time I call weekly I'm told it's next in line and I'll receive a call with updates. The calls never come and they act like I shouldn't be calling myself to figure out what's going on. Overall terrible customer service. They just get more rude each time I call which is once every Monday. Definitely recommend taking your car elsewhere if possible for repairs.
UPDATE: after speaking to the parts and service manager directly he was able to rectify the situation, give me an actual ETA on when car would be repaired and then finished it even sooner than projected. I would take my car here for repairs again.”

“Just got my car back after sending for a minor dent and scratch . Service was fantastic from start to finish . They keep me updated on everything and explained how they would work with my insurance company . If I ever need a car repair again I will turn to Pompey collision. The wash and detail job were a great finishing touch . The repairs were well done . Couldn’t even tell I had a dent and scratch.”

They not only fixed the problem same day as a walk in, but showed me what the other mechanic attempted to do, what was wrong, and that the part was under warranty. Not only are the staff extremely knowledgeable and friendly but their parts are far superior to other automotive stores.I needed front calipers for my vehicle, but they didn't have them in stock. The staff immediately checked other stores in our area and found them at two different locations. They ran to both locations and brought them to the Dallas store for me that day! It's very refreshing to see a business so dedicated to helping their customers. I wouldn't shop anywhere else.”

“What a difference! I took a chance and went to the store in Dallas. I was absolutely delighted. I had been to the store in Hazleton multiple times and to say I was disappointed is an understatement. I would not go back to the Hazleton store if they were the last store carrying the part I needed. The Dallas store was clean well organized and the staff was extremely helpful.
