“My service of Jcpenny was very good , there was a nice women named Sara R who helped me very professionally and patience to help me find what I was looking for and the service I needed , but when I went to customer service on the same day 09/17/2024 at 12:15pm on the second floor there was this lady she looked a little older for her age that after she pulled up the information I needed she chose not to help me at all very rude and disrespectful at the same time but that lady Sara was very respectful and kind hearted and I appreciate her overall for her service .”

“I LOVE ROSS! I am a bargain hunter and compared to other stores like Tj Maxx or Marshall’s the prices are unbeatable. The store is always packed with customers who are shopping. Staff is very approachable and professional. My only complaint is not with the store but the customers could be better to staff as they are always running around trying to stock and deliver the best products available, as I imagine it’s hard to keep a store stocked with how many products are continuously flying off the shelf! 10/10 would recommend. Absolutely great deals, staff, products, etc.”

“I really liked my experience at this salon in JC penny. I never knew it even existed. It was my very 1st time in there the place was very clean, people were very nice to help. Kayla was my hairstylist 1st time meeting her.she is a very young lady. I was very Pleased with her Service. I went and cut my own hair chopped it up a bit andSHE FIXED IT ! Thank God she knew exactly what to do. She asked the right questions and Got it done right. I’m very pleased with my service I received from Kayla the stylist who did my hair. I believe I found my new hairstylist right there in JC Penny. Who knew they even had a salon in there. I sure DIDNT. We are fairly new to the area. I thought I was going to have a hard time finding my new hair stylist cause I’m very picky with my hair. But NOPE found her already. I sure am glad I went into JC penny that day. “It's Walmart, that's for sure. It's a decent walmart, decent size, clean, good selection of stuff. It's not too busy there, though sometimes it can be. My biggest and pretty much only complaint is that they always only have like 2 registers open, which is fine when it's not busy, but when it is? Prepare to wait. The employees are nice people, never had an issue with an employee. I did however have an issue with a manager once. We wanted to buy fish, and we asked for a fish person, nobody was coming. So the guy working electronics went over for us, and got the fish. His manager came over, and publicly shamed/yelled at the employee who was simply doing his job (helping customers) because he left the electronics department, but yet, there was another person in electronics. I reported the manager and praised the employee. Seriously managers, treat your employees well, bad managers create bad employees. Otherwise, it's a good Walmart.”

Not only did she match me with the perfect foundation, she went out of her way to find a great concealer! “We love Name Brand! I used to shop here all the time when we lived locally. We've moved out of the area and stop in most times that we're in town. You can find tons of bulk snacks for half the price (or cheaper) of what you'd pay at Sams or Costco. You also can find furniture, household items, clothes, baby items and more. Just stop in and see what they have to offer.”

“The past 2 years I have had WalMart delivered but decided to do a pick up. I was a little lost at first as they moved the pick up area to the side of the building instead of being in the main parking lot allowing a lot more area for parking strictly for pick ups. I was truly impressed as they knew that I was there before I could check in! Very smooth. Thank you WalMart ?”

“My son and I created a game for this store. In the toy section. You each take turns looking for something on a toy that you can have the other person look for. We did this for 45 mins while the wife was looking for a coat. Gotta find the simple things.”
