“Always a great experience. Staff are more than welcoming and we've been going there for years. Staff has changed over the years, but the original Staff have long relationships with the regular customers and that makes for a great experience. If you have any questions, they are more than willing to go the extra mile to get the information you require. I highly recommend this store for anyone looking anything pet related or for any feed you may require. They also carry a good amount of tools and also trailer tires and lubricants. Great place to shop.”

“My service of Jcpenny was very good , there was a nice women named Sara R who helped me very professionally and patience to help me find what I was looking for and the service I needed , but when I went to customer service on the same day 09/17/2024 at 12:15pm on the second floor there was this lady she looked a little older for her age that after she pulled up the information I needed she chose not to help me at all very rude and disrespectful at the same time but that lady Sara was very respectful and kind hearted and I appreciate her overall for her service .”

“They dont clean at all and you can find dust anywhere. My stepmom asked for help to find her phone and a lady told her “no we arent going to call our manager for that, theres no phone lost here”. Instead of trying to help or at least letting her know kindly that later they would look around and try to find the phone. But they have good clothing and some of the people there are very helpful and nice.”
“I stopped in here one morning when the store first opened for the day and I just took notice that the store was so clean and orderly and the employees were so happy and pleasant to each other and treated other with the respect they each deserve. I told the manager how nice that was to see. It was also a new employee’s first day on the job and the man training him was so nice and helpful. It actually made my day to see this!”

“I LOVE ROSS! I am a bargain hunter and compared to other stores like Tj Maxx or Marshall’s the prices are unbeatable. The store is always packed with customers who are shopping. Staff is very approachable and professional. My only complaint is not with the store but the customers could be better to staff as they are always running around trying to stock and deliver the best products available, as I imagine it’s hard to keep a store stocked with how many products are continuously flying off the shelf! 10/10 would recommend. Absolutely great deals, staff, products, etc.”

“I came here on a whim a few years ago when my usual salon canceled my appointment, and I had an event to go to. Paige took me in very late in the afternoon for a full color correction, and my hair came out beautiful. I am very indecisive with my hair, and like to go from jet black to platinum blonde every few months, and Paige always gives me what I ask without jeopardizing the integrity of my hair. I’ve been coming here since, and everyone is so kind and helpful!!!!”

“We love Name Brand! I used to shop here all the time when we lived locally. We've moved out of the area and stop in most times that we're in town. You can find tons of bulk snacks for half the price (or cheaper) of what you'd pay at Sams or Costco. You also can find furniture, household items, clothes, baby items and more. Just stop in and see what they have to offer.”
“The past 2 years I have had WalMart delivered but decided to do a pick up. I was a little lost at first as they moved the pick up area to the side of the building instead of being in the main parking lot allowing a lot more area for parking strictly for pick ups. I was truly impressed as they knew that I was there before I could check in! Very smooth. Thank you WalMart ?”

“I absolutely love Burlington and I tend to shop the location up near the Viewmont mall. Burlington is one of my go to stores especially with having a large family and being on a budget.
The items, quality and prices can't be beat. I decided to venture out and try the Wilkes-Barre location instead of my usual location. My daughter needed shorts for an upcoming trip and shorts are kinda out of season right now so I wasn't sure how it would go.
The WB store certainly had more items than the location I usually shop but the place was an absolute mess. It was extremely difficult to find items and clothes were all over the floor. Customers were stepping on them like they weren't there.
I was so overwhelmed by all of it that I was actually picking items up and trying to hang them up like I worked there. Kids were running around the store yelling like it was a playground. Also the fitting rooms were locked so if you found clothes you couldn't try them on to see if they fit. I didn't even try to use the restrooms.
I did end up finding 3 pairs of Nike women's shorts on the floor buried in those piles. I also found some Nike crew socks my daughter has been asking me for so I can't complain about the trip but I was shocked by the condition of the place. The cashier I had was extremely kind and patient. Since I found 2 of the 3 pairs of shorts on the floor and shorts were suppose to be on clearance I asked her if she could check the prices for the shorts. I took the pair that were on clearance for $3. I ended up taking another pair that rang up under $10 but I left behind a pair that rang up for roughly $16 because that was the regular price at Burlington. The Nike crew socks were $15 which is a deal compared to paying $28 at Nike or Dicks Sporting goods warehouse.
I added pics but please keep in mind I didn't photograph the worst of it. I didn't want to risk taking photos of other shoppers. The place was busy.”
