“They dont clean at all and you can find dust anywhere. My stepmom asked for help to find her phone and a lady told her “no we arent going to call our manager for that, theres no phone lost here”. Instead of trying to help or at least letting her know kindly that later they would look around and try to find the phone. But they have good clothing and some of the people there are very helpful and nice.”

I was a little lost at first as they moved the pick up area to the side of the building instead of being in the main parking lot allowing a lot more area for parking strictly for pick ups. “The selection is hit or miss, but you can't beat the prices! This store resells returned items from online retailers like Amazon. The prices start at 50% off of retail. Then, every month that it doesn't sell the price drops 10% until it reaches 90% off! The only problem is you have to thoroughly check the item for parts and solid build. Especially the furniture which is often boxed and not displayed. It's actually not really a problem, because their return policy is pretty good. They give you two weeks to return any item you are not satisfied with, so you can buy without worrying that you'll bring home a product that doesn't work or is missing parts. There are 3 locations: Berwick, Edwardsville, and Laflin.”
