What kind of walk in bank does not let you do cash withdrawal? If I can't get cash out other then debit card, might as well move my money to an online bank and get better interest rates. What's the point of a brick and mortar bank if you can't pull out cash other than through an atm. Switching banks.

Was very happy with the quality service that I received from Jeffrey Passmore the man who helped me get the proper paperwork I needed and he even straightened out the problem with me getting a new MAC card right away and now I don't have to rely on the U.S.post office to deliver a new one! A lot of people come here and complain about no tellers. I've found this branch can do literally anything but large cash withdrawals. Very helpful bankers, they always resolve the issue and in a friendly manner.
