My daughter opened a new account. We were told their policy is not to cash savings bonds unless you have had the account for a year. What a short sighted policy, I’m not impressed! I thought a bank would want your business and deposits especially when there are many banks to choose between in the area.

Went to do a withdrawal and had the best banking experience I’ve ever had. Everyone was super friendly and the process was concise and easy.

Absolutely love this bank. Incredibly professional and helpful. Having been coming to this particular branch for about a year, and am continually impressed. Efficient and all very, very friendly.
Additional note: Beyonce is the best.
