“This shop and the mechanic (sorry I forgot to ask his name) are extraordinary (I mean it). First of all, they are very busy, with a lot of customers. That says something. I went there to replace a leaky tire. The mechanic does not behave like other staff in other shop - he waved me to go to him to quickly explain my need (as I said, they are very busy!). Before this shop, 2 other shops had told me that the leak was unfixable so a new tire was needed, and they did not have the new tire (a scenario sounds familiar to many in many such shops). At this shop, the mechanic did a quick check, told me that it's fixable, and took less than 5 minutes to put a plug into the leak, and sent me to leave without paying any. What?! Can you believe it? For many years I have been used to being overcharged by mechanic shops for repairs or oil changes that I don't trust, but this one... Wow.
Initially I ddin't believe such a simple fix would work, but after few weeks we have driven the car on highway for many hundreds of miles now.
This shop and the mechanic are really extraordinary.”

Key operating strengths:
*Measured Diagnostics: Maintenance and repairs are recommended with clear logical reasoning. Unnecessary work is explicitly identified and avoided. Customer vehicles are treated with the same discretion and standard they apply to their own cars.
*Cost efficiency: High-level diagnostic and mechanical work delivered at a fraction of dealership service center rates.
*Technical Mastery: Deep, experienced-based platform knowledge on complex BMW and Porsche (and other German brands) engines and chassis.

“I had no idea what my deceased dad's popup was - not the brand, not the dimensions, not the hookup, nothing - and I needed them to tow it. They asked for some pics, and successfully picked it up and dropped it off within a very few hours. Couldn't be happier with the service.”
“I had been receiving multiple postcards from this dealership in regards to a recall on my Stelvio! I finally called to schedule an appointment and bought it in on the appointment date. Oddly enough, all the info I had given at the time of making the appointment wasn't in the system so when I arrived, I had to go through the process again. Not a big deal and the man who checked me in was kind and courteous! He made me aware of an additional recall and said they would be able to take care of that as well. I was thankful for that because I live an hour away and would definitely save me a trip. I waited for the vehicle so I'm not sure if there were other services available like a loaner or shuttle. The time went by quickly and they had two lounges with TVs and magazines while you wait. The general manager, Edgar introduced himself and checked in to make sure I was good and or if I needed anything which I appreciated! I had a very good experience with them and would recommend them.”
