“The Best! This review is long overdue. Willistown Auto has worked on 4 of my vehicles now. I’ve used mechanic shops across multiple states - WA, NJ, and NY - they are by far the best. I trust no one the way I trust Jason and Sal. There’s experience in this shop that doesn’t exist elsewhere. They have my business for as long as the two of them are there.”

“I visited ASM for a state inspection and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be coming back for future car services!”

“You don't need to travel to Las Vegas to see a magician. Just take your car to Jon and let him work his magic on it. This is at least my third visit, and everytime there is absolutely no trace of the dents that were there before his work. Just unbelievable. Note: Frazier / Malvern location.”

“This shop and the mechanic (sorry I forgot to ask his name) are extraordinary (I mean it). First of all, they are very busy, with a lot of customers. That says something. I went there to replace a leaky tire. The mechanic does not behave like other staff in other shop - he waved me to go to him to quickly explain my need (as I said, they are very busy!). Before this shop, 2 other shops had told me that the leak was unfixable so a new tire was needed, and they did not have the new tire (a scenario sounds familiar to many in many such shops). At this shop, the mechanic did a quick check, told me that it's fixable, and took less than 5 minutes to put a plug into the leak, and sent me to leave without paying any. What?! Can you believe it? For many years I have been used to being overcharged by mechanic shops for repairs or oil changes that I don't trust, but this one... Wow. Initially I ddin't believe such a simple fix would work, but after few weeks we have driven the car on highway for many hundreds of miles now. This shop and the mechanic are really extraordinary.”

“Vehicles serviced for me: * 2018 BMW 540i * 2019 BMW X3 * 2013 BMW X5 * 2007 Porsche 911 (997) My review: Paul and Pete operate a true driver's independent shop. Across multiple European platforms—from modern daily commuters to an iconic sports car—every service and repair has been executed with technical precision. Key operating strengths: *Measured Diagnostics: Maintenance and repairs are recommended with clear logical reasoning. Unnecessary work is explicitly identified and avoided. Customer vehicles are treated with the same discretion and standard they apply to their own cars. *Cost efficiency: High-level diagnostic and mechanical work delivered at a fraction of dealership service center rates. *Technical Mastery: Deep, experienced-based platform knowledge on complex BMW and Porsche (and other German brands) engines and chassis. My opinion: Paul and Pete operate an honest, highly capable, and trustworthy independent shop for enthusiasts and daily drivers alike, providing exceptional quality.”

“I scratched my door and based on my deductible I thought it was best to pay out of pocket. I shopped around and some placed wanted to charge me 3 times the amount of Malvern Collision, insisting that I needed to blend the whole side of the car. I went with Malvern Collision and when they were done the color matched perfectly. You can't tell at all there used to be a scratch or it was painted. They did a great job. They were also very professional kept to the schedule. I couldn't be happier. I will make to go here from now on and recommend it to anyone.”

“I had been receiving multiple postcards from this dealership in regards to a recall on my Stelvio! I finally called to schedule an appointment and bought it in on the appointment date. Oddly enough, all the info I had given at the time of making the appointment wasn't in the system so when I arrived, I had to go through the process again. Not a big deal and the man who checked me in was kind and courteous! He made me aware of an additional recall and said they would be able to take care of that as well. I was thankful for that because I live an hour away and would definitely save me a trip. I waited for the vehicle so I'm not sure if there were other services available like a loaner or shuttle. The time went by quickly and they had two lounges with TVs and magazines while you wait. The general manager, Edgar introduced himself and checked in to make sure I was good and or if I needed anything which I appreciated! I had a very good experience with them and would recommend them.”

Whether maintenance or diagnostics, they are quick and proficient and never try to upsell unnecessary parts or repairs. The work they do is always top-notch, and our car continues to run great. To top it off, the pricing is always reasonable—much lower than dealership pricing. They are professional, friendly, and honest.”
