“It was my first time visiting this store and I absolutely LOVE the green house area. There is a wide selection of beautiful plants and other really neat merchandise; The little planters throughout the store are so adorable. It is very obvious that the plants were all so well taken care of. Stephanie is a gem ..and Longeneckers is lucky to have her. She is so sweet, kind, and knowledgeable. She answered any and all questions that I had. I did not plan on buying anything(just looking--but jokes on me, haha). I ended up leaving with 2 little plants and two pots to put them in! I am actually not from the area in live 50 minutes away, however if i lived closer i would totally make this my sole place for my plant purchases because of Stephanie. I will certainly be back though! Thanks for a great experience.”

“I was in need of new window screens for my house. I had one old screen frame as a model. I called around to different hardware stores and finally found out that Fricke's was one of the few stores who still build, repair, and re-screen screens for windows. All of the employees there were very helpful and I can tell that they all work hard to make this store a great place in the community. Great experience. Highly recommend.”
“If anyone is worried about hosetters being under new owners...don't. Have dealt with them for over 30 years and the experience of an unplanned freezer purchase was one of the best experiences ever. “The staff went above and beyond at this location. We live in Lebanon and the tractor supply in our town were out of dog food I was working so much I didn’t get much spare time so freaking out 10 minutes before the store close I asked if the next closest location had it which was 12 minutes away from the Lebanon store. My Boy friend called and they said they would stay open for us so we were able to get dog food!!! Life savers our three German shepherd were more than thankful!”

“Howells glass was very professional they showed up when they said they would, my glass was ready to install just like they said it would be, all around pleasant experience. But be ready for sticker shock my 36”x80” piece of glass for my shower was two grand so if you want shower doors be prepared to REALLY pay.”

“Weinstein Supply stepped up when another Bathroom Supply Company dropped the ball on our Swanstone Walls and Shower Door and had the materials to us within 6 weeks. We had been waiting on the Swanstone Walls from the other company since the beginning of January 2021 and were told in July that Swanstone did not have the order and we would have to reorder at the current pricing. We cancelled that order and went with Weinstein. Rose is on the ball and answered all of our questions and went out of her way to make sure we had the best match for what we wanted. This is an awesome company and I would highly recommend them.”
“I have to say the entire crew here is very knowledgeable. I deal with Treavor E. on almost a daily basis. He has helped with simple things from light bulbs to lines being down due to needing emergency wires. I personally think that he has gone above and beyond the calls to duty to not only help the customer, but to also guide them in the right direction. He is the MVP of that store and definitely should have a promotion. The rest of the crews should definitely follow his example. Thank you Treavor for being an exemplary professional!”
“I really liked this Lowe's location. I went to get some paint for my weekend project. I pushed the button at the paint counter and a very nice and knowledgeable person came to quickly make my two gallons. He was very helpful and I only had to wait a very short time (less than 3 minutes). The store was clean and parking and convenient. The only issue is finding some products that didn't fit into the signage for each aisle. I went Friday late afternoon. So maybe that was a non-peak shopping time.”

“About as good as home Depot. The local hardware stores often have things that the big guys do not. An example is nuts and bolts. Several hardware stores in the area have better selection. They also often have employees dedicated to those departments. As a result the inventory counts are more accurate. Don't go to Lowe's or Home Depot when they say that have only 1 or 2 of an item. Especially if it is a small easy to steal one. Another example is bee killer dust which is good for ground hives. Only found at the local hardware store.”
