“Ordered a patio set this week with delivery to the store. Melissa was so helpful in assisting myself in ordering, opening tractor supply credit card, ans shipping to store to save us some money. Pick up was so simple as staff brought the item right to my truck with forklift ans patiently waited while we loaded into the truck. I must say excellent customer service.”

They gave me such legendary service that it gave me hope in my life's quest to actually finding the Bigfoot of "great customer service". When they said they would call me back, they did - MULTIPLE times. I truly felt like me getting what I needed affected them personally as opposed to ANYONE at ANY Home Depot in the country! Whatever Lowe's of Mansfield (Store #2893) is paying these 4, it's not enough. They're gold. The people at Lowe's Corporate, in Mooresville, NC, really needs to, at the very least, recognize these people by putting some extra cash in their pockets.”
