“I took a chance on this mechanic and didn’t really know much about him other than the fact I live close and always saw he was busy. I had two separate issues with my car. He was very honest and went over my options with me. I ended up getting one of the (bigger) issues taken care of right now but will definitely go back for the other. “I recently purchased a 2017 Honda Accord after having had another car unexpectedly totaled. I walked in to Blue Bell Motor Cars on a recommendation from my mechanic. This car was brought to my attention to Stuart after a few basic questions. The Accord was immaculate, like every other USED car that I look at. I did decide on this Accord and the buying process was open, simple, and hassle free. My mechanic looked the car over and could not believe I was able to buy it for the price. I have had it for about 5 month now. My accord runs like a dream and I am happily racking up the miles on it. Thanks guys!!!!”
“These guys drove over to my work at 2:30pm on a Friday on a holiday weekend to take my car to their shop because it had died. They figured out the problem quickly and communicated with me right away. I gave them the green light to replace my alternator, and they stayed late to get the work done, knowing that I had a 40 mile commute home that evening. I’ll be getting all my work done with these guys going forward!”
“My car broke down early morning and I needed to have it towed to be fixed. I called Mavis right away to see if it could be taken there to be looked at today. The guys there were happy to do so.

I was on the road and doing Hospital service calls when my tire picked up a screw into the tread and needed attention just before their end of the day. “I’m very happy with the service I received! The instrument cluster in my Mercedes CLA250 started cutting in and out and after being jumpstarted after my two weeks trip outside of the country. I took my car to Dempster after two disappointing experiences with two other German car repair shops that both failed to identify what was the problem.
The scheduling was easy and I was able to drop off my car at 7:30 am in the morning before work and got a shuttle office back home. They were able to identify the problem very quickly and kept me updated on the status of my car via texts.
It ended up being a faulty battery and they replaced it at a very fair price (including an oil change)! And they worked really hard to give me my car back the same day! Ryan and Cam are both very kind and nice.
I would definitely come back in the future when I need a service on my car.”

Came across Universal auto repair and they great reviews, so I decided to make an appointment. Explained exactly what I was experiencing when driving. “My dad was a mechanic so he always fixed up my car, but since moving to a different state, I needed to find a reliable and honest shop to work on my car. I’m so glad I discovered Monte’s! Hands down they do excellent work and provide fantastic customer service! For context, my boyfriend and I took our cars to Monte’s for inspection. The inspection was affordable and Monte’s provided paperwork and quotes for the necessary repairs to pass. Some of the work I could do myself, so I asked if I could pick the cars back up, do the work and come back for the inspection. Mechanic shops typically have a bad rep, so I was expecting them to be standoffish and unkind about doing my own repairs, but they were so friendly, understanding and just cool with it. It was a nice breath of fresh air, especially being someone who gets really anxious about these types of things. It’s also uncomfortable going from my father doing all the work on the car to then trusting strangers. But Monte’s really provided a comfortable experience. I fixed up the cars, scheduled the re-inspection and brought them back to Monte’s. Inspection passed and back on the road in no time. Some weeks later, the tire on my boyfriend’s car got messed up and we took the car back to Monte’s since we had such a great experience. Then, a month or so later my car wouldn’t start. I knew I could rely on Monte’s to get the job done, so I dropped the car off, they thoroughly checked it out, and fixed it right up. Needless to say, you can rely on Monte’s for you car needs and they’ll take care of it.”

The thing is , I have a 2007 hhr, high miles , but still runs like brand new! I've worked hard maintaining it but this little weird bump in the road leak, is not your everyday issue; but you guys came through and were honest not promising anything but , did in fact FIX IT!

“This is more a review of a top notch employee, Rob, than it is of Exxon. My daughter pulled in here today with a flat tire. It is like 1,000 degrees hot and I have no idea how to help with her import car. Rob saved the day. As I was struggling to get the nuts off the rim (and the covers off the nuts as well), as it seems Thor himself tightened them in place, Rob came to rescue me with his expertise and power tools. He replaced the flat tire with the spare, and saved me at least an hour of time and a potential heart attack or severe injury. Rob didn't have to do anything, but he did. Me and my daughter are grateful that there are still good people out there willing to lend a helping hand.”
