“This is by far my favorite Rutter’s and my go-to spot! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. I love seeing the same familiar faces every time I stop in. There is one woman in particular who is always working so hard and always seems to be there. I love getting to say hi to her because she genuinely makes my day. I believe she may be the manager and she absolutely deserves recognition for how hard she works and how much she contributes to making this store such a great place to stop!”
“This morning I had to stop here with only 5 mins to get in and out.
Not only was I greeted in a friendly manner but I was personally walked to the one item I needed for my teachers gift specifically. The worker went above and beyond for me. I wasn’t late to work and it truly felt nice to converse with someone who seemed to really enjoy being there.
Usually at other dolllar generals it’s a cold shoulder received. I felt compelled to write this as no one answered the phone when I called. I wanted to express how amazing your AM shift employee was this morning. I believe his name was Elisha as my receipt says.”
