“Very friendly front desk person. Very pleased with our large room.. Great in-room jacuzzi .. Very comfortable mattress. Room was very clean. TV had lots of free movie channels to choose from.. Excellent breakfast with pre-made cheese egg omelets, hot sausage patties, fruit, waffle maker. Carpets in halls can use updating, but I believe they are working on a renovation. Convenient location. Great value ! Thank you !”
“We had a great stay overall—the hotel was clean, comfortable, and family-friendly. It was definitely a popular spot during our visit, with lots of kids and families around, but everything was well-maintained and the staff was friendly.
The only downside was breakfast. The poor attendant was clearly overwhelmed and he didn’t have any help. As soon as breakfast opened, the food was gone almost immediately, and it was tough to get anything without a long wait. He needed one person to handle wiping off tables, one person attending to trash, and one person to handle replenishing food.
When I checked in they immediately asked if we wanted housekeeping service, I declined. If that question was meant for labor and staffing, maybe reassigning people to help in the breakfast area next time?
That said, we still enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back—hopefully with a bit more support for the breakfast team next time!”

“If you're looking for a hotel for your wedding, this Hampton Inn was a perfect choice! Our wedding was at Historic Ashland in Wrightsville so it was a quick ride from the hotel. I absolutely loved working with Cindi to coordinate our room block. She was so helpful and lovely every time we communicated. Plus, if you get 15 rooms booked, you can upgrade your own room to a suite - which was a great perk!”

“Great hotel!! Was not sure because was cheaper price, but it exceeded all our expectations!! Staff were extremely friendly and rooms were beautifully decorated and spacious. Bed and bath were both great. Best part pet friendly, and location was great. highly recommend!!!”

“The rooms were actually very nice for a hotel and the service was exceptional. The idea of having a hotel in a warehouse was a pretty cool idea. The restaurant inside of it was pretty fancy. You also get free access to the gym since you already booked the hotel. Sleeping in a building inside of another one made me feel more safe. Most of these 1 star reviews are very stupid, considering they are complaining about the wall paper slightly peeling, like is that really gonna affect your stay? They are just acting like they are paying 500 a night. Excellent hotel for the price.”
“Friendly staff, good location, and good layout for the suite room.
I think many posts say it is not clean, but I'd disagree. If anything is just not fresh and new. A little harder elbow greese could help, but it's still not going to be new.
Good place to stay.
Safety: I did not have any concerns about the area.”

“I booked a room from Aug 13th to the 15th. From the beginning to the end of my check out was great. The staff were all nice and polite. My room was great. Everything was so clean and fresh. And the location was just right. I'll definitely use this hotel again. And loved being on the 3rd floor. The entire hotel was very quiet”
