“This was really a great stay and the rooms were really nice and clean, but there was a low ticking noise in room 244. At first I thought that’s was the “spooky” part if the hotel and was part of the package, but it Seems like the AC or vent in the wall ticks and will keep you up all night. It’s right over the kitchen. The staff did try to help us and fix it, but no luck. They were super nice and we didn’t bother them again. I heard it the 2nd night as well. It was okay. That’s what ear buds are for and heaving the tv on all night. I was so exhausted from all the sports that day that I was out in the first 10 minutes. Other than that it was great. We would definitely come here again.”
“We stayed with our family of 5 here to visit Hershey Park. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay here again! Tara and Tammy at the front desk were very friendly and helpful and the facility was very clean and nice. We were an easy 30 minute drive from the park.”

“So much better than the pictures! Multiple teams of basketball players and parents stayed for a couple of days. Before their games, in between their games and after their games everyone enjoyed everything the resort had to offer. The amount of staff around the resort was impressive. The pools and the grounds were immaculate. We will definitely be back!”

“The hotel receptionist was exceptionally helpful and friendly. She assisted me with all my needs, particularly when I was looking for a place to order food since the hotel's restaurant was closed; she kindly provided a menu from a recommended establishment. The room itself was clean and quite spacious. The only minor issue was that the hallway had a distinct odor, but aside from that, the premises were clean. The view from my room was truly beautiful.”
“It seemed funny the only bad reviews on here are from people who didn't stay here, but instead wanted to get onto private property to trespass and were denied...
We stayed for 4 nights here this week. If we could have given 6 stars, we would.
The cabin was great, grounds were nice and quiet, with wildlife. Location great... in the heart of activities.
Elaine doesn't have a menu to choose from, but she has a serious gift for outstanding array of excellent food... both taste and variety.

I found it was under rated it was clean had a nice tv the room was a good size and the staff was 5 star I would rate you a 4 star overall but the price I felt was to low compared to the rest in the area and I will be staying there when I return to the area”
