“The manager, Dave, is amazing! Very helpful and provided me with thorough information my first day. My family had helped me to bring a load to the storage I rented there, O even had my dog! But Dave introduced himself to all of us and it made a good impression on us all. It’s convenient to my place of employment next door. The rates thus far are are competitive and very reasonable. Clean. Professional. The access code is a long one so Goodluck memorizing it (my only complaint;). Great access points. Carts to use. Though I saw only one by the door we used. A minimum of 2 should always be available if at all possible in my opinion. The room was spacious and clean (10 x15’). I’m satisfied with my choice of storage companies. Only thing is they should have a emergency number to call after business hours if you have a problem with key pad, I drove 3 hours to put items in unit got there after office hours key pad was broken couldn't get in ,couldn't get ahold of anyone had to drive 3 hour back to De. Got to talk to someone next business day and they apologize and took exsulint care of me. Will rent again if I ever have to.”
