“We were on a roadtrip from Philadelphia to Indiana Dunes National Park and on day one had not one, but two tire blow-outs on 76W. The first one we had a spare tire for but when the second one happened, we were stuck with no spare (and of course it was 6pm so most places were closed. I happened to call Kress Tire Company and as luck would have it, they had the trailer tires that we needed!
We ended up safely and slowly getting our truck and trailer off of the highway and spent the night at a hotel in Cranberry, PA. First thing this morning my husband was at Kress to get the first tire replaced and then put that on and towed the trailer right there to get the other 3 replaced just to be on the safe side so that we had a spare tire again in case of another emergency. He said that the group at Kress could not have been better people or more helpful and we couldn't be more grateful for them having what we needed and getting us fixed up and back on the road by 10am.
Would highly recommend them for tire service if you are in the area!

The steering wheel was really shaky though so I called to see if they could just quickly look things over and tighten the bolts on my tires. They got me in quickly and really helped me out. Thankful for kind people!”
“I had a hitch installed and it was a great experience. They were easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable and quick. I've had others install a hitch on different vehicles in the past and they did such a better job. They took the time to route the wiring exactly where it should go instead of just tossing it in and hanging it out through the rear gate. The cost was more than fair. “Had an issue with two front tires for my 33 foot RV. This rig is new, with 16 inch aluminum rims and Hankook Dynapro HT tires. From the first phone call to the stellar diagnosis and analysis, both David (operations manager) and Robert (Master Tech) were the best. They listened without dismissive attitudes. They have the Hunter Road Force Elite tire balancer for proper diagnosis and correction. Commercial ops are not the prettiest places but that is because real professional work is being done! 5 stars”
“Brought my vehicle for ABS light on, they diagnosed the problem called me and kept me informed about my vehicle felt very confident and comfortable with the service so I had them check and repair other things. Great service and employees (Scott and Garrett) while there. Would of given a 10 * rating but it only went up to 5* Will definitely go back.”

“This was another very satisfying trip to Firestone in Wexford. I had made a state inspection appointment for Thursday, but when I got there, the service manager discovered that I had no current registration or insurance paper........ So I went back home and spent a couple hours getting those things fixed. Called for another appointment on Friday, which was perfectly timed. The inspection took barely an hour, was reasonably priced, and included a 15% off coupon I received online. I've been using Firestone off and on for years. While the building seems to be aging, the personnel have always been polite and helpful. I'm very happy with my experiences at Firestone. (Several years ago, I purchased tires for my car there. Last year, one of my tires kept going flat. I ended up at Firestone, where I learned to my surprise that they fixed my tire - huge nail embedded in it! - for free because, although I didn't remember at the time that I had even gotten Firestone tires, I was a Firestone customer. It was a very pleasant surprise!)”

“I found a slow leak on a tire, and went to Costco Tires to check it out. As I bought the tires from Costco, they will fix all leaks free (when a leak is safe to be patched). I found out about the leak at the last minute, so went without an appointment. Kim was great, and was able to accommodate me, Andy fixed the tire within 35 minutes (they originally estimated 1 to 2 hours). A big thank you to Costco Tires! The Tire Center is located in the main lobby itself with the shopping carts (not inside the shopping area), and the parking area for the Tire Center is located around the left side of the building - see photos.”
“I had a weird glitch with my car. Arriving there with my windows stuck open, the techs moved my car inside and got right to work. They had to keep it over night but the best day called me several times giving me play by play updates so that I was aware of what was going on. Overall everyone was kind and very helpful which was great in way was a stressful and confusing car issue.”
