“This place used to be great, I have lived here for around 15 years and the workers used to be so sweet and caring and would make sure everything got delivered on time. Over the last couple years they have been very sloppy with deliveries but are improving from what I see. The staff also isn’t the best but I don’t go inside the building much now so I can’t really speak about how they are at this point in time. They also used to be very sweet to my kids and would give them candies every time we came but now some of these workers seem annoyed just to have one in the building. The lady that does the deliveries for my area is amazing though and gets everything correct even though there can be some dress confusion with my address. Overall, I think they are improving but I wish they were better and like they were when I had moved in so that’s why I’m giving a higher review.”

“I travelled to the area today and needed to buy stamps. I observed the post mistress interact with a woman who had a problem in such a kind, caring way. In this challenging world, she made this woman's day better. My interaction was efficient and easy. I did, however, drop something on my way out that she later found. She would store it safely til I returned. Wow! What more could you ask? Efficiency, kindness, and rescues!”

“I don’t know anybody from this post office it’s not even my post office, but I had a package in limbo. It traveled more then I did in my life time. I called this post office and an angel picked up (Dawn) I explained what was happening and she found my package (which was a zip code era) 18327 was supposed to be 18328. If not for Dawn my package would have took another journey to wherever.Ty again Dawn and enjoy the pizza?”

“I am fair with my assessments, which is why I do this. With all the was struggling through/after COVID, they made changes in leadership and have gotten better- but work always needs to be done! Btw- our local delivery person is a delight! Keep up the good work and hope services continue to improve!”

“Eric has been our mailman for quite sometime. He is very thorough and polite. He will deliver large packages to your front door.
As to the people working at the PO building on Ann Street, Kevin has been very good for many years. Yes,there have been new people at the Ann Street office,but any problems should be addressed to management and those who train the new people.”
