“My husband found himself in an impossible situation. The shop at the truck stop didn't have the part, didn't have a person to drive to Peterbilt to get it, wasn't sure anyone would have it anyway, and admitted that even if they did, they didn't know how to make the repair.
My husband reached the dealership and got them to hold the part for him, thinking we'd drive up on Monday (soonest they could see him). The problem got worse and he didn't want to drive it.
Everyone wanted to do an expensive tow for what he knew was possible via mobile repair. He called Peterbilt Truck Care, told them what was happening, explained where the part was, and waited. The dealership with the part still wanted to tow him in. He refused.
And then... our hero from Williams Diesel was dispatched. He arrived, part in hand, and was done in about an HOUR without ANY of the complication everyone else insisted was associated with the repair.
Wish I could give you guys 10 stars. Thanks for actually having the best interest of the customer - especially loaded truckers - in mind. You just made the difference between our delivery being a few hours late versus three (minimum) days late. Thank you!”

“Always a great experience with the team up in Eynon. I get my oil changes here religiously, but came in after Subaru quoted me thousands for my 60k mile service. I knew I ag least defintely needed new brakes and wipers but the team ran me through each item that was inspected by the dealership and after doing their own inspection, ran through all of the items with me with pricing and made it very clear that I could go without some of the items as well. It’s hard to find honest mechanic shops but Kost has always been great to me!”

“I really enjoy my interaction with Hailee Politz my service advisor. She understands the financial situation with retirement folks like me.
I know working in the mechanical services industry that Preventive Maintenance is so important but not cheap. ( But still cheaper then a panic repair bill ). You cannot just Gas and Go like so many do and blame the toyota product when it lets you down.
All this to say is that We had developed a plan to get the work done as if first importance and not break the piggy ? bank. O and the most important thing.
They do Quality work. You may think you can get the same quality of care at a Mom and Pop shop but the question I raise are the Technicians Toyota factory trained?
