“I just got a call from Alex at the South Fayette Branch (Birdgeville area), and he reminded me of an address change that I needed to make on my account. It sounds small until I realized that something I mentioned in passing a few months ago was heard, noted and he followed through on reminding me! That level of care and detail was unexpected and turned something that needed to be done into something that already was. I really appreciated his service. That call was less than 2 minutes but it was so pleasant that I had to leave a review., He was extremely polite, knowledgable during my visit months back and you can tell he cares about the interactions he has with his customers. Wish regulations would be easier for clients as some rules prevent you from doing things when you need them done. ID is always needed, I understand security measures but if it could save that would be convenient to make things faster and more seamless. Not a fan of the fees to keep an account open but otherwise great atmosphere!”
