“The gentlemen at the Passport counter was able to squeeze my daughter in to apply for her passport without an appointment and it was quick and easy process. Thank you so much Mark!”

“Compared to some of the other area Post Offices, this one in Presto, Pennsylvania is much smaller, but you get much BIGGER service! It feels like a small town Post Office where everyone knows your name. There is rarely a line, and the staff here is very nice . . . Cheers!”

“I visit this location several times a week. Tauren is awesome! The older guy too. I came into contact with a lady supervisor/manager once; she was terrible…grouchy full of attitude…but I haven’t seen her in a long time. But 99% of the time I have a pleasant experience. They’re very rigid/consistent with their pickup times which is great because I know what I’m gonna get. If the Dropbox in the lobby is jammed, it’s just full. You can drop off inside to the far right or you can try to ring the bell. Just let them know it’s jammed. Last Dropbox pickup is 5:30 M-F and 3:30 Saturdays. So if you get there at 5:45 go inside or else it won’t get picked up until the next day.”

“Mary Ann was extremely helpful on my last visit. She saved me a substantial amount on shipping with a different package vs. how I already packed my item when I arrived.”

“Good post office, does everything a small town post office can do. Not their fault if customers are in dead end jobs that don't allow flexible lunch hours, like that other "guide" who left a 1 star review.”

“I've been using this Post Office for the past five years (including one time for passport) and always had great experience even though the crew has seemingly changed a few times.Employees are always courteous, friendly and patient, lines are taken care of quickly and store section is always well stocked with boxes and packing materials. That's exactly what one would expect walking into Postal Office and this one certainly delivers (pun intended).Looking at negative reviews, a lot of them seemingly reflect general USPS related issues and don't do proper justice for this office specifically, they are doing a great job.”

“This was my second time to this location and the first time I encountered a very sweet employee but I didn’t get her name! The second time, Emma went above and beyond to help me get my bridal shower invites stamped and showed me new stamps coming in for my wedding invitations. She was so kind and nice to talk to. In a world where people don’t appreciate others or go out of their way she deserves a little recognition today! Very impressed with this location!”

“I'm having a mail forwarding issue. It's not yet resolved, but the lady working here is incredibly nice and helpful. I really appreciate the effort to get a resolution to my situation.”

“Always have a good experience there. I just moved here 6 months ago and never had a PO box before and it's been a learning curve for me. But that's also why it's a 4 stars for me. I think we should have mailboxes. It's a bit outdated to just have PO boxes. No one has time to check a PO everyday”

“I've always had good service at the actual post office, but whoever is delivering mail to the Santiago area NEEDS TO CLOSE THE MAILBOXES PROPERLY!!!! My mailbox closes. I close it everytime I get my mail yet the next day there it is wide open and ALL OF MY MAIL IS WET! It's not just mine either. I see other mailboxes hanging wide open as well. This, to me, is unacceptable. I had a bill from the IRS that I could barely read because it was so wet!”

“Giving 5 stars because I've honestly never had a bad experience here. It's one of my preferred post offices. I'm legitimately shocked at some of the hateful comments on the reviews here.”

“I have to say the Manager here and MOST staff are so very pleasant ALL THE TIME!The Manager is always has a positive upbeat personality and is always smiling and very willing to assist even on a issue or concern that I've inquired about. To be honest when I first moved out here I was going to the post office often because I was not receiving mail in a timely manor at all. It was taking a really long time for me to receive a card rom 15 min down the road. But, it has been better and havent had problems in years. The Manager definitely brings a positive work environment to the Clinton post office for sure. I walked in one day she wasnt there and it wasnt as upbeat at all. BUT it wasn't bad or anything just wasnt the same. She always has gone above and beyond .I've had issues with receiving my mail in a timely manor when I first moved out here (5years ago). It was terrible, iI was really concerned about getti g my mail and bills on time. The mailman we have took a little to get used to.He isnt mean or rude he is nice once you get to know him...Just wanted to say THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK ESPECIALLY THROUGH THIS PANDEMIC AND ALL THE EXTRA MAIL COMING THROUGH. WE APPRECIATE EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU AT THE CLINTON POST OFFICE!”
