“I now have 3 units with Joe at C & C and I currently or have previously had units in most of the other local storage places so I can make reasonable comparisons. The facility is fully fenced in with a keycoded gate. The units are clean and the doors function well. I store vehicles in my units, so Joe asks that I put something down under them in case they leak, which is a fair request. Bring your own lock. Lighting is good. There is a large yard and outdoor parking area for RVs and boats. Rates are among the best in the area. Bigger units (i.e. 30 ft+) don't come up much, but one or two of the smaller ones are usually available monthly. As with all of the places around here, you might have to get on a waiting list, especially for the larger units. Rental term is 3 month minimum or if you want shorter, there is a small premium. I use my bank's billpay system to pay the rent and the only issue I ever had with a check not getting there was the fault of the bank and Joe was very understanding. Just be sure to put the unit number(s) on the check. As good as any self-storage place around. Recommended.”
