“Rented with previous owner. The office person Mark, was friendly, understanding, polite and explained all I needed. Wonderful person! Location is great for me, right next to and from route 22, which is a bonus. Storage units are clean and wide pathways for two trucks to park. Great place for storing your things for either long or short storage stays.”

“I have nothing but Great things to say about STOREExpress in Robinson. Firstly, the staff is extremely polite and you receive that feeling right from the door. They provide excellent customer service and perform as professionals. The staff is well informed about their products. The building is clean and free from clutter. I was also impressed that management went an extra step to accommodate their woman renters with bathroom toiletries. The buildings security system allows you to feel safe when entering after hours. I could keep going but I'll reframe because it starting to sound like I'm in love... Big Smiles. I'm in Miami Florida but I'm very comfortable in my international travels knowing that my personal belonging are in good hands. Thank you.

“My experience with Central Van in Pittsburgh was wonderful. I was making a move from the Pittsburgh area to Florida. I wasn’t moving an entire household, just personal items, king size Sleep Number Bed, clothes and kitchen items. I had called another agency and received an estimate over the phone. I gave them a deposit to hold the reservation date and was told I could cancel any time. A couple days later RaeAnn with Central Van came to my home to do a walk through to give me an estimate of the move. She was a pleasure to do business with and quite accurate regarding the volume and weight of items to be transported. She put me at ease about the entire moving process. Following that visit and receiving the final estimate, which did not require a deposit,I called the other company to cancel. I was told it was past the 72hrs to cancel and would not receive my deposit back. I started reading reviews of this other company and knew I had made a mistake. There wasn’t one good review. I started reading about these moving brokers and moving companies that add on more charges through out the moving process, use unsecured storage locations and customers having their items damaged or missing. After constant worry I called RaeAnn on the Friday evening, a couple days before my Monday morning pick up by this other company, and explained what happened. Her office was closed over the weekend but she returned my call first thing Monday morning. Because I was selling the house I had to be out in a couple days. After checking her schedule she said she could have my items picked up the very next morning. I immediately contacted the other company and canceled. The next morning Jacob, TJ and Chance arrived and did an awesome job packing and loading my items. They were very pleasant, organized and careful. Although I forfeited my deposit with the other company, the peace of mind I gained dealing with a reputable company with outstanding customer service was worth every penny.”
“Rented out a studio space. If you are an artist or musician or creator or just curious and If you do work in the studio. There is no better validation than that immediate success. I would place that reality above an art degree. Not that education is not vital and important to the process but the work in the studio is studio work. It may not go well or as planned or even get completed but once you are in the studio. You are in the studio as an artist.”
“Gardner helped me with a local move yesterday, they were great! The whole experience with Gardner’s was professional and positive from scheduling and setting up the move to completing it. The three men that moved my belongings were hard working, friendly, flexible, conscientious, respectful, and very easy to work with. “The owner of Carnegie Self Storage also manages this facility. I have been looking for a storage place for our trailer/jet skis. I called Carnegie Self storage and was told by the owner they were full. He did say if an opening came up he would call me. I kept looking for a storage place, it was disappointing because some place charged way to much or they were at least 20 miles away.
Then out of nowhere I got a call from Carnegie Self Storage. A vacancy suddenly occurred due to a person having to move. The owner is true to his word, and the facility has a video monitoring system. Additionally, it is completely fenced, you enter the place with a personal code. One last thing, it is only 1 1/4 mile from where I live. Win, win?”
“Allied Van Lines made out move from Pittsburgh to Orlando super easy. RaeAnn was so helpful in evaluating our belongings she was super transparent and honest when explaining how things worked and getting us a quote. Carol was very responsive with questions. Rick and the movers in both Pittsburgh and Orlando were very careful with our belongings and Rick was very communicative about where the truck was an estimated time of arrival. The timing was perfect and we got our things the day after we arrived make the move on my family very seamless. I would definitely recommend for your next move.”

“I had a storage unit from April 2019-March 2023 and will say how much I appreciated the consistent cleanliness of the building. These storage units are EASILY the cleanest and they have freshest smelling building. The floors are always cleaned (even after a mishap with a broken glass that I couldn’t clean up, they did!) and the general pest maintenance every establishment experiences was kept in order as well! I very much recommend this location for its cleanliness and pricing of each unit. They also provided me with a lock and key after I lost the initial one I purchased from them. Very good business ethic I have experienced over the years. Thanks again! :)”

“This U-Haul location is great but I actually came here to review the moving help booked through the U-Haul app when we reserved the truck. We got a very competitive quote from a moving company called Weight Lifters LLC and I can’t recommend them enough! The guys showed up right on time as scheduled and immediately got to work helping my husband move all of our heavy furniture & big appliances. We are beyond impressed with how quickly and efficiently they got the job done, loading & unloading. I feel like we got wayyy more than what we paid for with all that was done within a 4-hour window. Most importantly, they were both genuinely so friendly and kind to my 4 year old son, who has not stopped talking about his new friend ‘Richie’.
