“Always an excellent experience at Option Supply. They have always surprised me by being better than I expected. They have topsoil, mulch, stone and other products in bulk available for pickup or delivery and samples in the store to help you decide. They know where everything is in the store, they answer the phone, they have no competition, really, as they are the best at what they do. Thank you for always making my visits so enjoyable. “We purchased a new storm door and had it installed by Lowe's; we love our full view door. JC came out to measure the door, Cody helped us order it. The first door arrived cracked but the second door was perfect. Cody was kind and very patient while I was deciding on the door and hardware. JC did a great job with the installation! The only negative was there is a small disconnect with the installer receiving the information that the item was delivered and ready for install. I called Lowes to see if the item arrived, then they forwarded the information to the installer and the installer called me pretty quickly. This happened with the first broken door and the second perfect door. I also hate to be connected to corporate Lowe's...I prefer talking to individual Lowe's I'm dealing with. I love the door so much, I thought about giving 5 stars but those little issues definitely made the process less than perfect.”

“Delivered a truckload of lumber on my 48’ flatbed… I was able to sleep overnight in my semi off to the left of drive towards the gate…. Employees knocked on my door about 7:30am to get my paperwork and to let me know they will pull me in the yard in a bit…. The employee were all friendly and they had me unloaded quickly…. My only negative is they need to find a better way to be able to let trucks get turned around to go back out. I have a 290” wheelbase truck with a 48’ flatbed and there turnaround area is for smaller trucks. I ended up having to back into a door in there shed and use every inch of possible space and barely with inches cleared to get outta there.”
