Their prices are competitive, the people are helpful, but most importantly, the delivery people work for them, not a sub-contractor. If you’ve ever had delivery issues with a big box store you know how important that is. I’m not saying you’ll never have a problem, but if you’ve ever do you call the store and don’t get shuttled from number to number trying to get your problem resolved.”

We stopped by Dormont appliance and met our salesperson Wayne. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. After speaking with him and going over a few things we were told by other stores salesman about some products, it was a clear we found the store where we wanted to spend our money. They had the best overall price for the washer and dryer we bought. Easy no pressure purchase, and easy quick delivery! Definitely top of our list for any future appliance purchases! When we asked for a recommendation, Mr. Heckman pointed us to a dryer (not the most expensive one), and we purchased it right away. “I called to purchase a price gun after Grok AI suggested using them. It was suggested they'd be a better choice to make sure i could finally get a quality product. When i went to order a recommended gun, Beth discovered I already had a broken Monarch 1131 at my store. She suggested I send it in for repair at which point they'd send me a new one upon receipt. I saved money, got excellent customer service and now have a new connection to relieve my price gun stress...I price a lot of stuff and their guidance gives me confidence they will have my back from here on out. I plan on using them at every opportunity I can for supplies and such.”

“Other hardware stores around hire employees that have complete lack of communication skills, complete disregard towards the customers, and a total lack of care for providing any customer service whatsoever. This Home Depot in particular is the exception, I am always treated with respect, and I always receive the quality help and care I need when shopping for all sorts of products. The other stores in the area are so bad that I've gone in, sought help or specific products, and I leave to come to this Home Depot each time, the only one that's worthy.”

“I was in the need for some specific anchors for both granite and wood for some home projects and while in the West Mifflin area past Home Depot first and went in and checked out their stuff and prices. Ended up buying what I needed there. The prices were very good and the store was both stocked and busy. I saw a good handful of staff they were all busy helping customers so eventhough I did not need them, if I did they were around. This is great. Sometimes in stores they are not around when you need them. It was a great feeling. Thanks!”
