“The staff was both friendly and helpful. I was asked by multiple sales staff if I needed help. They were pretty knowledgeable about their inventory and helped me find what I was looking for. The store also has a fair amount of inventory and it's hard to imagine them not having what you need. Lumber is expensive here, as with most companies/stores like this. It's ok for one piece, but you may want to look elsewhere for your lumber needs.”

“Let me start off by saying I am not mechanically inclined so hardware stores are like going into a different country for me. I had taken my snowblower in to be serviced as when I lived in Ohio it was in storage and last winter here was mild. Prior to taking it in Inhad tried new gas and the electric start...nothing. Luckily I dropped it off Sunday and got it back today. Service was great, price was fair, and they did a great job quickly. One thing to be noted is if you have a repair or need salt - use the back alley.”

“So, this was the first time I have been to a Harbor Freight Tools store and I was impressed. I needed to purchase a click torque wrench to change my window regulator and I found it there, for a great price I might add!I could have spent all day there just looking at everything! “Other hardware stores around hire employees that have complete lack of communication skills, complete disregard towards the customers, and a total lack of care for providing any customer service whatsoever. This Home Depot in particular is the exception, I am always treated with respect, and I always receive the quality help and care I need when shopping for all sorts of products. The other stores in the area are so bad that I've gone in, sought help or specific products, and I leave to come to this Home Depot each time, the only one that's worthy.”

“I haven't been to a hardware store like this since I was a little kid and going to the hardware store with my Dad. I walked in and their was two people working the counter. As soon as you walk in they ask how they can help you. I described what I was looking for and they went and grabbed it for me. I happened to be in town for a trade show and we needed paper towels, a degreaser cleaner, Allen wrench set, and sand paper. Within a few minutes they gathered everything I needed and I paid. Then I had to wait for an UBER driver to get back to the convention center and I watched customers walk in and describe what they needed and the two guys working the counter just kept grabbing what was needed and checking people out. It was so efficient and I actually found it fascinating to watch these customers come and go with such efficiency. Very cool.”
