βGreat experience dealing with Matt at the Allison Park, PA store who worked with me in numerous conversations with a somewhat unique situation with buying a washer that had to be ordered, in coordination with buying a stack kit and then timing the delivery. The installers were awesome (sorry forget their names) with communication, delivery and stacking of the units.β

βWhile the front end of the store appears to be very similar to any other hardware store, the real gem to this store is their tools and repair department. I was able to get my push mower serviced there, when other places told me that they don't work on brands they don't currently sell. The guys who service and sell power tools are super great to work with. As a recently widowed woman, my spouse was the power tool expert of the family. Robert in the service dept has been very helpful, explaining things to me, answering any questions I have, and offering advice. I highly recommend this business for hardware and tools. Their service is top notch!β
βI went in for a faucet cartridge and Steve helped me. He said he didn't have the cartridge but I had my old one. The only issue was the screw broke off and he fixed that for me by using the tools to remove screw saving me money on buying a new one. He had the knowledge and know how to help me easily, quickly and was extremely nice. Thank you for the help in getting an antique working again instead of searching store to store for a replacement. Go here if you want someone knowledgeable with your products. Steve is the man. I definitely will be backβ

βGreat local hardware store in Oakdale. Sometimes you need the big box hardware store, but sometimes the small local hardware store is best. It's good to support a store you can walk to, has knowledgeable people working there and they usually have what you need. It's a throwback to the way it used to be. Saves time and supports your hometown.β
βI honestly have not been here for about six months or so, however when I needed a 3lb sledge for some home projects I knew exactly where to go and get in and out fast. The only problem is getting in and out fast. Lol. There are always good deals and things that you miss and of course upcoming deal days like the one coming up. The staff are great in helping find things fast and the checkout line moves quickly! Love this store!!!β

βI recently have redone two bathrooms in my home and purchased all my hardware, etc. from Splash. Their products are wonderful! I had a fabulous experience working with Michelle in the past, and most recently with Amanda at the Glenshaw location. Amanda is extremely knowledgable, kind and great with customer's. As we know, a new bathroom takes alot of time. Each time I met with Amanda, she had an updated packet ready that included comparable products if something was not available and samples displayed on her desk. Amanda, thank you for the great customer experience! I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend Splash!

I was looking for goodies for a Sponsorship Basket that I'm putting together for an event my business is sponsoring.
The basket I got didn't have a price and the price they gave me was so reasonable. It's a well made gift basket it's in the pictures below. I was expecting a much higher price than they gave me.
Don't be fooled by the everyday Garden Center below, their Gift Shop upstairs is truly to die for. It's quaint, and so cute.

βI recently purchased a roll holder/dispenser. Unfortunately I found that the manufacturer (not PSECo) assembled the order with two of the same part, not allowing me to finish assembly.
When I reached out to PSECo, I received clear communication and strong attempts to rectify my concern.

βAlways an excellent experience at Option Supply. They have always surprised me by being better than I expected. They have topsoil, mulch, stone and other products in bulk available for pickup or delivery and samples in the store to help you decide. They know where everything is in the store, they answer the phone, they have no competition, really, as they are the best at what they do. Thank you for always making my visits so enjoyable. βI’m so glad this place exists! Prices are reasonable. Lots of stuff. When I had a horrible sewage leak, I was quoted $1500 for a clean up fee. I went here instead and spent $250 on supplies to clean it myself! And the best part is, they have plenty of dog toys so I can bring my dog something nice when I go!
Staff is always super kind and helpful. I’m so glad this place is so close to where I live because they have everything you’d need for any time of home repairs/ issues at a reasonable price.

If you werenβt from the area and didnβt know any better, it would be very understandable that you drove past it because thereβs only 1 sign that is visible to tell people itβs there and itβs not in the best location!β
βCTS has the best selection in the area. I came here to purchase auxiliary heaters. It was easy to call in and have a representative find what I needed. Once they found the items pricing was fair and availability was same day. I will continue to use construction tool services for all my tool needs. βLet me start off by saying I am not mechanically inclined so hardware stores are like going into a different country for me. I had taken my snowblower in to be serviced as when I lived in Ohio it was in storage and last winter here was mild. Prior to taking it in Inhad tried new gas and the electric start...nothing. Luckily I dropped it off Sunday and got it back today. Service was great, price was fair, and they did a great job quickly. One thing to be noted is if you have a repair or need salt - use the back alley.β
