“It's nice but no matter what I'm looking for, every time I'm there I'm told it's not the right time for it, etc. I've been gardening for most of my life, including having owned acreage. I don't go to the nursery for lectures & pop quizzes. I did botany at university. I'm just shopping here for higher quality plants that are indeed higher priced than big box stores. Less attitude would be much appreciated.”

Katie and Rebecca offered great advice, and the store provided soil, mulch, and plants at a reasonable price. I look forward to returning soon. “If you’ve got any plant needs, city grows lawrenceville is the place to go! My sister and I stopped in this afternoon to get supplies to make a dog water bowl planter for my pup. We were expecting to just go in and pick out a few plants, but we wanted to make sure we made good decisions so we asked for help from who happened to be the shop owner’s husband, Tony. He was SO helpful and kind, he made the whole process of picking out cute, pet safe plants really easy and enjoyable! Tony went above and beyond to make sure we got the correct amount of soil and advised us about various plants around the shop. We loved our experience there, it felt like such a cozy part of the neighborhood and I’ll 100% be stopping back there next time I want to expand my indoor jungle.”
“I would rate this venue 10/10 stars if I could!! The atmosphere created at Stonebridge Farm is ethereal, peaceful, and breathtaking! (A must for any nature lover!) I immediately fell in love with the property! Jan and Jeff have many years of experience under their belt and were fantastic in planning and coordinating with our vendors and us to ensure that we all had a smooth day. They were able to provide many great recommendations for things we didn't think of as well. The gardens and scenic elements left our guests speechless and they could not stop raving about how beautiful the setting was! There are also many scenic picturesque places on the property for photos. I had my fairytale wedding and could not be happier with how everything went!! Highly recommend!!”
“We had trouble finding a tall Christmas tree (12’). They had a great selection and were so nice! We also found cedar roping which is also hard to find. This will be our first stop next year and worth the drive from Sewickley!”

“My family makes it a point to support local small family businesses as much as we possibly can. Especially in this economy….We need to support family owned small businesses . We saw an ad for Meders Nursery and I needed to make my pool area look pretty so I said let’s go! They have a huge selection at great prices! The staff was very friendly and the owner even came to talk to us! She is so sweet! They have a large variety of things I’ve never seen before. Stop shopping Home Depot and Lowe’s and get your flowers at Meders Nursery in Pleasant Hills.”
“I had a wonderful experience purchasing here. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I even had a little butterfingers moment in the shop (sorry again!) and both people working there were so kind and understanding. As an accident prone, easily embarrassed person, I really appreciated that.
Although I’m relatively new to the plant game, everything looked healthy and well maintained. I was with a very seasoned plant owner and she was also impressed! The selection is well spaced out so you can really see your options and they have really cute pots to choose from.

“Excellent experience buying a new lawn mower. Was really educated on options. Lawnmower was new but built...Kuhlman's staff filled it with gas and oil and tested. Kuhlman's staff helped me load in my SUV and even registered the product. On top of that they even are recycling my old mower. Why would you ever go to a big box store for a purchase that will get as much use as this?”

“Katlyn's artistic talent and ability to design the most beautiful floral décor for my daughter's wedding was beyond compare. At the first meeting Katlyn and Jimmy asked all the right questions to effortlessly create a vision for the bouquets, boutonnieres and centerpieces with the perfect color palette, favorite flowers and style described by the bride and groom. All of the personal arrangements were beautiful but my daughter's bouquet was exceptionally beautiful...she loved it!
With Katelyn's valuable input the overall look of the reception venue was spectacular. The centerpiece on every table was unique and along with the elegant place settings were absolutely breathtaking. The guests and wait staff commented on the delicate and delightful fragrance that permeated the room and added such a nice touch. Everyone was overwhelmed with the beauty of the ambiance Katlyn and her team so masterfully created. We were so grateful for Katlyn's fun, dynamic way of sharing her expertise and offering detailed recommendations that made a difference. Katlyn was so kind and made us feel like family. To Katlyn and her team's credit, so many guests told us it was the most beautiful wedding they've ever attended and we agreed!”

“This Home Depot carries a good selection of appliances, tools, electrical and plumbing supplies, landscaping supplies, and many other products, and the prices are reasonable. For the past few years, I have sometimes shopped here for plants, painting supplies, and flooring. For my most recent visit, some boxes contained broken tiles, but I was able to find what I needed. The cashier made pleasant conversation, and she quickly and accurately processed the transaction.”
“Other hardware stores around hire employees that have complete lack of communication skills, complete disregard towards the customers, and a total lack of care for providing any customer service whatsoever. This Home Depot in particular is the exception, I am always treated with respect, and I always receive the quality help and care I need when shopping for all sorts of products. The other stores in the area are so bad that I've gone in, sought help or specific products, and I leave to come to this Home Depot each time, the only one that's worthy.”
“Hot water tank went out. Immediately looked online, filled out a form on The Home Depot’s website. Within an hour or two I got a call from Mitchell’s plumbing for details. I provided them, braced myself for the cost, and was given some options for same day installation and haul away over the phone. Pulled the trigger on it through my HD credit card, Mitchell was there within 4-5 hours and it was done. 0% financing. Only thing that could’ve been smoother was the paperwork since their tablet couldn’t get an internet signal. Overall this was quite painless. Satisfied. Hope it lasts.Service: Plumbing fixture installation”

“What a great place - - The Botanical Emporium Florist & Greenhouse!!! I went there today and the customer service was phenomenal! The Owner’s Sister helped me with my purchases. She was great!
